Job Summary We are looking for Senior Product Manager to build messaging and positioning for the key product to ensure the product go to market successfully. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for Go product definition, plan, design, development, and related process as well based on deep insight into usage scenarios of customers. Effectively manage the entire product life cycle, to lead Go Distributor and Go Supplier product development to service DerbySoft global markets by connecting various suppliers to distributors in a high value service level. Key Responsibilities and Duties ● Investigate customer requests and market needs, analyse competitors' products, and plan Go product development routes based on the company's strategy. ● Liaise with business team, engineering team, SaaS product team, Product Operations and Marketing, and other, to manage the full life cycle of PaaS products. ● Through user behavior analysis and user research, deeply understand and explore the most direct and perceptible “pain points” of users and customers and improve the product user experience. ● Explain the product requirements with the internal stakeholders, communicate and coordinate technology, risk control, brand, and promote various resources to ensure the smooth launch of products. ● Resolving daily internal and external problems and challenges in product management positions that affect a product’s financial and market success. ● Define and monitor product success index and improve product with a data-driven approach, to further strengthen Go product advantages. ● Keep innovating, find new market opportunities for customers and the company, and achieve new business growth breakthroughs. Experience and Skills ● Bachelor's Degree or above, minimal 5 years of product management experience. ● Be empathetic, have a keen insight into customer needs, and be able to collaborate with R&D, design and other cross-team. ● Rich product experience and methodology, good at grasping the essence of problems, design product by the perspective of the first principle. ● Result-oriented, having successful product cases. Having 0-1 innovation experience a plus. ● Previous experience working for Online Travel Industry or PaaS product a plus. ● Excellent verbal and written English & Chinese is a must, able to effectively communicate with teams in China and also globally in Asia, Europe and US markets. ● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within internal and external customers About DerbySoft Founded in 2002, DerbySoft is a technology company whose mission is to make the travel business easier through industry leading technology that empowers travel industry services.
