Responsibilities: Senior Digital Assistant function/Product owner to creatively design/develop digital assistant services according to the market specific requirements in connection to global digital assistant system. Design China Digital Assistant architecture to fit the global digital assistant architecture and extension while ensuring the cross-hardware function, backend infrastructure, multi-touch point and china specific cloud servers. · Continuous improvement the digital assistant function by developing and designing new features to be competitive in the market. Required Qualification: Education: Bacherlor’s/ Master’s degree on computer science, electrical or automotive engineering or equivalent Work Experience: Working experience in speech technology or AI technology is mandatory. Lanauage: Mandarin as local speaker, English is a must Knowledge, skills and abilities: o Technical Skills: - Deep Knowledge and experience in infotainment system, Knowledge in Android automotive system or Linux system. - Deep Knowledge and experience in speech technology, especially in ASR, NLU, NLG etc. - Deep Knowledge of dialog management in speech interaction for vehicle use case design. - Deep Knowledge in product design and function definition in intelligent cockpit/ Infotainment system/connect service area. - Deep knowledge of vehicle connect service related technical area: § In vehicle electric/electronic system basic § Vehicle bus network basic knowledge § Telecommunication basic § Cloud deployment of maintenance knowledge of MS Azure, Huawei, Ali Cloud - Experience working in an Agile development environment (Jira, confluence) - Software development quality methodologies such as design review, code review, continuous integration, regression testing and code/trace analysis - Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PPT, Project). o Soft Skills - Team player - Willingness to learn - Strong responsibility and result-driven - Strong presentation and communication skills - Strong cooperation skills and assertion skills for cross-function/entity cooperation - Openness and multi-culture working skills
