Responsibilities: 1) As a member of the offshore Whitebox QA team in China, participate in the testing of the backend components powering TeleNav GPS application on automotive device 作为中国白盒QA团队成员，参与车载 GPS应用后端组件的测试 2) Investigate and provide solutions of test automation for different testing purposes. 根据不同测试目的研究并提供测试自动化方案 3) Help engineering team to improve productivity by providing reliable quality tools. 通过提供可靠的质量工具，帮助工程团队提高生产力 4) Develop and improve our test automation framework. 开发和改进我们的测试自动化框架 5) Set up, configure and maintain our test environments. 建立、配置和维护我们的测试环境 6) Work closely with development team to review architecture and design documentation, and participate in regular code reviews 与开发团队紧密合作，审核架构及设计文档，并定期参与代码评审 7) Be a core part of the product team to write automation test code for new features. 成为产品团队的核心成员，为新特性编写测试代码 8) Improve automated regression coverage and reduce manual testing effort 提高自动回归覆盖率，减少手工测试工作量 9) Find and report bugs, and work with developers to help debug and resolve them. 发现并报告bug，并配合开发人员进行调试和解决 10) Analyze product quality and usability, associated system limitations, and report on risk 分析产品质量及可用性，报告系统限制及风险 Requirements: 1) BS with 10+ year experience or MS with 7+ year experience in software industry, with at least 5 years of programming experience in Java 本科以上学历，10年以上软件行业工作经验;或硕士以上学历，7年以上软件行业工作经验，至少5年Java编程经验 2) Familiar with Python development or other scripting languages 熟悉python开发或其他脚本语言 3) Familiar with automation test frameworks such as GTest/Junit/TestNG/JMeter/RobotFramework/Cucumber 熟悉GTest/Junit/TestNG/JMeter/RobotFramework/Cucumber等自动化测试框架 4) Familiar with CI/CD build and release tools such as Jenkins/TeamCity 熟悉CI/CD构建工具如Jenkins/TeamCity 5) Familiar with Unix/Linux/OSX/Android/QNX environment is preferred 熟悉Unix/Linux/OSX/Android/QNX环境者优先 6) Familiar with Android development. 熟悉安卓开发者优先 7) Familiar with C++ development is preferred 熟悉C++开发者优先 8) Familiar with SDLC & Agile 熟悉软件开发生命周期及敏捷开发 9) Familiar with bug reporting tools such as Jira.
