其它资质条件、行业背景、工作经验要求 Skills and experience requirements： 1、本科以上学历，化学工程或材料科学与工程相关专业； 2、三年以上工艺工程师经验，具备现场改善的相关能力。 3、熟悉色差学，具备比色，对色能力，； 4、如有相关工作经验，曾从事以下行业者优先 ： 1） 铝合金表面处理（清洗和化学钝化/阳极氧化/丝网印刷/油漆等）；2）不锈钢或铝合金的化学蚀刻；3）电泳涂层；4） 涂料或油墨的研发和制造；5）数码印刷等 5、熟悉金属材料表面处理行业及废水处理工艺。 6、有汽车行业相关工作经验，熟悉TS16949体系。 主要职责描述 Main job description： a. Study and understand existing coating and printing systems. 研究现有系统：研究和了解现有的涂布和印刷系统。 b. Work together with suppliers on a high technical communication level to develop improvement potentials. 与供应商合作：在高技术沟通层面上与供应商合作，发掘改进潜力。 c. Add own ideas on how to improve the systems (formula + application). 提出创新：提出自己的想法来改进系统（包括配方和应用）。 d. Identify new suppliers worldwide. 寻找供应商：在全球范围内寻找新的供应商。 e. Verify ideas with hand trials, measurements, preliminary tests. 验证想法：通过手工试验、测量、初步测试来验证想法。 f. Work together with application technicians to verify developments at prototype and series production machines. 与团队合作：与应用技术人员合作，在原型和批量生产设备上验证开发成果。 g. Define process parameters (e.g., coating and curing conditions) for new and existing coating machines. 定义工艺参数：为新旧涂布设备定义工艺参数（如涂层和固化条件）。
