工作描述： 1. 负责数据库、分析处理工具以及应用的研发； 2. 负责大规模数据的输入与输出端的连接件开发； 3. 负责数据库架构的设计、评估与测试； 4. 关注相关方向的前沿研究，并将相关成果快速工程化，并在数据中心方向落地； 5. 用自动智能化的方法解决数据中心及复杂系统运维中的问题。 Responsibility: 1. R&D about the database framework, analysis tool and application. 2. Develop the connecter for the input and output of big-size database. 3. Design, evaluate and test the database architecture. 4. Tracking the related research and trend, transfer the outcome into product efficiently. 5. Solving the problem of data center and the problem from maintenance of complex system. 职责要求： 1.精通Java，熟悉多线程、IO、TCP/IP、掌握JVM调优 2.熟悉各种数据结构及排序算法 3.掌握mongoDB，Redis，ES等开源数据库 4.掌握Linux的基本操作 5.有大数据处理/存储经验优先 6.有机器学习经验优先 7.会Python、Scale等语言优先
