岗位职责: 1. Responsible for the promotion and sell NORD products in Jiangxi Province. 负责江西省区域内诺德产品的销售; 2. Follow personal sales plan and supply suggestion to superior about the goal 根据上级的要求,执行个人销售计划,并根据业务需要提出建议; 3. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend products; 洞察客户的需求及期望,推荐合适的产品; 4. Prepare and communicate quotations with customers 为客户准备报价; 5. Work with Customer Service and Management to establish strategies for customer communication 与客服部门及管理层共同建立赢得客户的策略; 6. Respond to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction 对客户的需求及时回应,确保客户满意; 7. Assist in expediting customer orders when required 协助加快客户订单; 8. Determine sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation or periodical research 挖掘新老客户的销售潜力; 9. Monitor market trends and notify management of opportunities for new products 对市场趋势进行观察,并将市场对新产品的需求新式反馈给管理层; 10. Good skill in MS Office。熟练使用办公软件。 任职要求: 1. University degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related. 机械/机械电子等相关专业本科学历; 2. Above 5 year sales working experience in similar industry, 五年以上相关行业销售经验; 3. Strong customer development ability; team spirit and good cooperation ability; Good communication and negotiation ability , good mathematical and logic skills, excellent presentation skills in Chinese; 优秀的客户开发能力,良好的团队合作精神,优秀的沟通谈判能力,逻辑思维能力以及优秀的中文演示技巧; 4. Preferably equipped with basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office software and type. 具有基本的办公软件技能; 5. Fluent in both spoken and written English is prefer; 具有熟练的英语说写能力优先。
