Job Summary:
The Manager, Product Management - Cart/Checkout will drive the cart to checkout and checkout to transaction conversion rate improvement for iHerb global customers on all platforms(Desktop Web, Mobile Web and Native Apps). This role will be responsible for analyzing data, developing a roadmap and leading a team to help deliver an optimal shopping experience for iHerb global customers. This role requires regular communication with cross functional teams and provides strategies and updates.
Job Expectations:
Develop and lead iHerb’s Cart/Checkout strategy, with the goal of driving higher conversion rates, higher average order value, and lower customer frictions.
Translate company goals to specific targets and further breakdown to projects
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, CX team, UX designer team, and engineering teams on proposed solutions, status and timelines
Support prioritization and negotiation of features and deadlines applying a thorough understanding of customer needs and business and technical requirements
Review product requirements documents and carry out best practice for projects implementation
Both a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate insights from data into strategies/projects, and an organized doer, with a bias towards action if bandwidth of team members is limited

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development (SDLC)
Strong understanding working in Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environment
Strong understanding of UX/UI requirements
Strong background in designing/writing User Stories and design/requirement artifacts
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Customer first mentality
Excellent written/verbal English communication skills and must work well with others
Experience with global retail e-commerce
Preferred:
Experience with global shipping methods
Experience with global payment methods
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires five (5) plus years of product management experience
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
