PRIMARY PURPOSE: Safety management on operation. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 1. 贯彻执行国家、地方政府有关安全生产的方针政策、法律、法规标准； Implement guidelines, policies, law, and regulations related with safety in production of national and local government. 2. 参与制定公司安全方针、目标，编制公司安全规章制度、规范、标准、安全操作规程等相关程序文件； Participate in developing company's safety guidelines and objectives, and establishing company's safety rules, regulations, specifications, standards, safety operation process and other relevant procedure documents. 3. 参与完善工作安全分析（JSA）、安全措施制定及现场操作执行； Participate in JSA improvement, safety actions formulation and sit operation. 4. 定期进行现场安全巡视，了解现场作业情况，提出整改意见，督促相关部门及时解决安全隐患，制止违章作业，确保安全整改得到有效落实； Conduct regular or irregular site safety inspections to assess risks of site operation, make recommendations on rectification and push relevant departments to root out the potential safety hazards in a timely manner, stop illegal operations, and ensure the effective implementation of safety rectification. 5. 参与变化管理（MOC）评估流程以及新设施设备安全验收流程，确保变化点和新设备设施符合国家、地方政府相关法律法规、标准及公司的相关标准与规范； Participate in MOC assessment and safety reception of new equipment, ensure the changes and new equipment comply with the requirements of relevant law, regulations, standards of national and local government as well as the corresponding company standards and specification. 6. 监督管理承包商的作业安全，高危作业如动火、登高、吊装、受限空间、临时用电等作业的安全审核，制止和纠正违章指挥、违章作业、违反操作规程以及强令冒险作业的行为； Supervise the safety operation of contractors, take safety review of high-risk operations such as operations connected with hot work, climbing, hoisting, confined space, temporary electricity uses etc., stop, or correct forced risky operations and operations that violate legal command, requirements, and operation procedures. 7. 熟悉行为安全（Behavior-Based Safety）标准、流程的建立、推行和完善； Familiar with behavior-based safety standard and procedure establishment, implementation, and improvements. 8. 熟悉机械安全（Machine Guarding）、能量控制安全（Lockout-Tagout）以及特种设备安全管理标准、流程的更新和完善； Familiar with machine guarding and lockout-tagout, update and improve safety management standards and procedure of special equipment. 9. 参与对公司安全可记录事故/急救药箱事件/未遂事件的调查、分析，提出纠正和改善意见，并追踪落实整改； Participate in safety investigation and analysis in recordable incidents/first-aid kit incident/near miss case, make recommendations for corrective or improving actions, and track the progress. 10. 组织有关安全方针/政策/规章制度的培训、员工的安全知识培训，配合人力资源部做好特种作业人员的安全技术培训、考核、发证工作； Organize trainings on safety related guidelines/policy/regulations, provide safety trainings for employees, cooperate with HR department to support the special equipment personnel be technically trained, examined, and certified. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Degree in Safety Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute. Certified Safety Engineer. 本科，安全工程学位。注册安全工程师优先。 2. 2~5 years’ experiences working in safety. 2~5年安全工程方向工作经验。 3. Good English skills in reading & writing & listening, basic skills in speaking. Feel comfortable to work in English working environment, Email, test standard, test plan, test report, work instructions, equipment user manual, etc. 良好的英语读、写、听能力，基本的口语能力。适应英语工作环境，电子邮件，测试标准，测试计划，测试报告，工作说明，设备使用手册等。 4. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows Office applications. 较强的计算机技能和Windows Office应用程序知识。 5. Good at planning and execution. 擅长计划和执行。 6. Good communication skills. 拥有良好的沟通技巧。 7.
