• Deeply understand the project with deliverables expected, the test plan, process, needed synergy in between supplier and CARIAD China • Identify key dependencies and long term blockers, track the process of resolution • Support activity arrangement for supplier management • Project management for development of In-Vehicle Connectivity Device • Monitoring and evaluate project schedule, risks, and maintain project documentation • Working closely with engineering team on the technical development and integration of the projects • Organize and moderate project status meetings. Protocol the meeting minutes. Communicate with project stakeholders. Prepare status report and briefing for management • Track the ToDos for all stakeholders to make sure these tasks can be finished on schedule • Setup and optimize working process 岗位要求/Required Qualification: • Project management experience in the telematics, infotainment, IoT or connectivity industry • Familiar with agile hardware/software development, ideally with project proven practices • Language English: Fluent in written and spoken • Experience of TCU/ECU development as a big plus • Domestic travel readiness • University degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar • Proficient in program management with excellent communication and reporting skills, including but not limited to: stakeholder identification, planning, execution, risk management and deliver • Knowledge in wireless communication technologies, such as 5G, LTE, Bluetooth, WLAN and C-V2X • Result oriented and structured way of working • PMP certification or other project management certification • Proficient in Agile development project management, familiar with project management tools, like DevStack • Excellent in MS Office, like Excel, PowerPoint and so on
