一、公司简介
英特尔大连芯片厂是英特尔半导体（大连）有限公司在大连市投资25亿美元建设的先进半导体芯片制造厂，也是英特尔在亚洲设立的第一座芯片厂。工厂于2007年底开始建设，2009年建成投入试用，2010年10月正式投产，大连芯片厂的总建筑面积16.3万平方米，采用业界主流的300毫米硅晶圆和英特尔成熟的65纳米制造工艺生产电脑芯片组产品。2015年10月21日，英特尔宣布将其与美光合资开发的最新非易失性储存技术引入中国，并在辽宁大连投资55亿美元，升级现在的英特尔大连工厂以生产“非易失性储存”设备。该项目将于2016年年底实现正式投产。非易失性储存固态硬盘项目是英特尔核心计算业务，大连新工厂也将成为英特尔在全球第一个用300毫米晶圆领先生产技术的非易失性存储产品集成电路制造中心。这项投资将成为英特尔进一步践行“生根中国，绽放世界”战略的重要里程碑。
二、招聘需求
Process Engineer （工艺工程师）
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Design and plan the layout for such processes as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, painting, plating, and other material processing operations.
* Plan sequence of operations and specify procedures for cutting, shaping, and otherwise preparing basic material, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort.
* Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, density, specific gravity, pressure, and viscosity.
* Establish and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.
Yield/Integration engineer （良率/制程整合工程师）
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Participate in technology development, transfer, and ramp activities to meet yield, reliability, cost, and device performance goals.
* Drive and prioritize integrated experiments to troubleshoot and optimize process flows.
* Own particular sections of process flow, and responsible for its optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement goals.
* Maintain and drive process qualification matrix and deliverables.
* Working with Process Engineering to improve process stability and capability as well as reduce defects.
Qualifications for Process Engineer and Yield/Integration engineer
* Master/PhD degree of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent majors.
* Graduating in 2017.
* Strong understanding of structural and process integration.
* Proven ability to communicate and present technical material effectively .
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Manufacturing Shift Engineer Manager (制造与工程部翻班经理)
Location: Dalian
Description:
Driving the Manufacture Availability on the Tools in your responsible Field
Driving the Total Utilization on the Tools in your responsible Field to make the Max output
Owning the Manufacture Technician’s Skill Improvement and Career Development
Driving and Owning the Safety and Quality performance at your Team to meet Factory wide expectation.
Manger the FSE (Filed Supporting Eng) resource in term of resource management; Priority setting and Performance driving
Participating and Cross work with IE Dept on Tactical Factory Operation Management, and owning the Output performance at responsible area.
Qualifications:
* Possess a MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Apply Materials, Physics, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
* Good understanding of LEAN Manufacture; People Management; Productivity Improvement; Team Development and Teamwork.
