Synopsis:

概述：

The Progress Advisor is responsible for the implementation of Course Management Procedure, communication among teachers, parents and students, and driving customer retention, referral and recommendation。

学习督导负责课程管理流程的执行工作，你需要在老师、家长和学员之间架起沟通的桥梁，并有效推动客户续费以及推荐。

The role:

角色：

The Progress Advisor is a key role among students, parents, and teachers; you work as a coordinator, a supporter. You always accompany the students, orientate theirs growth step by step.

学习督导在学员，家长以及老师中间是一个核心角色，你既需要充当协调者，又需要做好支持者。小学员们在英孚学习的每一天，你会一直伴随左右，并指引他们不断地成长。

You will:

你的职责：

•   Manage courses' schedule and progress according to Course Management Procedure (CMP)

根据CMP管理学员的课程表以及课程进度

•   Communicate among course teachers, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study results, keep solid relationship with all customers

与老师，家长以及学员保持密切的沟通，追踪教学质量，保障教学结果，与所有的家长保持

•   Complaint handling and proper group management

处理来自家长的意见及投诉

•   Maintain information in EF's Customer Relationship Management System

负责维护英孚客户管理体系系统

•   Achieve the targets of retention, Customer Satisfaction, referral

达成续费，推荐以及客户满意度的指标

•   Assist to organize activities within and outside of schools, especially Life Clubs

协助各种校内外的活动，尤其是语言运用俱乐部

•   Assure students' attendance mark, maintain Course Lesson Folder (CLF), monitor TA's work

负责学员签到以及课堂记录表的管理，引导助教工作

You have/are:

你的资格:

•   Love children and care about their growth

•   Bachelor degree or above, Education or English majors preferred

本科及以上学历，师范类或英语类专业优先

•   English CET4 or above

大学四级及以上

•   Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills

英语读写流利

•   Strong sense of responsibility

（2）EF From TA to Teacher Program（教师岗位，6000 – 9000 RMB）

Synopsis:

EF From TA to Teacher Program offers final year graduates a great opportunity to start at an EF school as a Teaching Assistant and to be developed into a successful teacher after the internship. This program offers a two-month internship program to be led by a teacher mentor in the center for class observation and teaching practical reflections. At the mean time, the Teaching Assistant is also entitled take a TEFL(Teach English as a Foreign Language) course to consolidate the ESL knowledge. By the end of the internship period, successful candidates can be hired as full-time local teacher at EF Kids and Teens to start their teaching career. Through this program, you will be trained upon teaching skills combined with soft skills trainings which will help you fit into work environment and become a potential academic member in the future. We would be more than happy to see you be developed into an English teacher that will deliver high quality lessons to all our learners together with International teachers in the team.

Job Responsibilities:

[As a Teacher Assistant]

•      Complete Foundation TEFL course

•      Follow a teacher mentor with class observation and reflection sessions

•      Assistant International or local teacher in the classes with teacher modeling and language grading

•      Lesson preparation with International or local teachers

[As an English Teacher]

•      Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies

•      Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students

•      Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via parent-teacher meetings

•      Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students’ enrollment

•      Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs

•      Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development

•      Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site

Job Requirements

•      Bachelor’s Degree in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or relevant area

•      Willing to work in multi-national work environment

•      National Teaching Certificate/CELTA preferred
