2012 Sales Trainee Program

Program Summary

The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate students. The total duration of the program is 24 month in sales function. When the program is finished, the sales trainee will be appointed Sales Engineer based on his or her performance and the company needs.

Regular performance evaluations with coach, mentor and trainees themselves are during the whole program, to check progress against objectives, advice and help trainees to ensure personal development. All the Sales Trainees are expected to successfully pass annual appraisal upon program graduation.

Profile Qualification

Education Background

Bachelor degree. Major in mechanical engineer, automatization, electronic and etc.

Major in HVAC, Refrigeration or related is preferred.

Language Ability

Fluent in both written and oral English

2012Management Trainee Program

Program Summary

The Program istargeting at high caliber undergraduate or graduate students. The totalduration of the program is 24-month with different function rotation experienceand at least one specific project implementation experience. When the programis finished, the trainee will be appointed a specific position based on his orher performance and the company needs.

MajorResponsibilities

The Program ismade up of 3 different developing phases. Regular performance evaluations frommentors, customers and trainees themselves are provided during the wholeprogram. All the Management Trainees are expected to pass each phasesuccessfully with their own efforts and the coach from their mentors.
