职位描述
1.Responsible for all battery development and production equipment, design, procurement and installation.
2.Develop, propose and implement performance enhancing modifications to production equipment.
3.Develop engineering and commercial relationship with equipment designers and manufacturers.
4.Coordinate with project leadership and commercial suppliers equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation schedule.
5.Manage equipment installation at TTi production sites.
6.Will take responsibility of the existing Advanced Engineering team, of approximately 25 staff.
7.Will grow the team expertise and knowledge, and thus enhance its capability.
8.Will recruit, hire and train necessary staff according to plan and budget.
9.The position is based in Houjie, Dongguan, PRC.
10.The position will require frequent business travel, mainland china, and some in nearby Asian countries.
As the project evolve, it is expect the assignment will require extended, 1 to 3 months, business trips be outside China.

好几年前就关注TTI了，那时招聘页面上的工资那啥都不想要。这次看到的薪酬非常高，就投了一个。很快HR就电话过来，聊了五分钟就说推给部门主管做安排。其实两年前去面过，那时应聘的是不同事业部，得到回复的是只适合做NPI，不适合做他们需要带团队的职位。
所以这次投了有面试也参加，没打算成的。第二天晚上那个部门主管打电话过来了。一上来就问你工作那么多年了现突然没工作了，有没想过自己做老板，我明确的告诉他不会。
然后就问，你平均两年换一次工作，会不会来我这里不到两年就走了。我就只能说一下以前换工作的无奈。到这时候我感觉他是不想要我的了。
然后就又问一下以往的具体的工作。再
然后问英文怎样，我就吹了一下牛逼，说
虽然中式英语，但跟别人一般沟通没问题，举例说上半年所在的公司越南建厂，我对接那边的人员视频会议也没问题。面试官说上半年他也去了越南公干。感觉他遇到知音很高兴的样子。再
然后又互相了解了一下，
最后他觉得我不感兴趣的样子，就问你对这个职位还又有没兴趣。当时不知道怎么就说没兴趣了，
然后就没
然后了。其实说没兴趣，一是有前同事在那干了8年还从那里面出来就感觉那不好，二
是因为两年前在拿了其它offer的情况下，面试但又不成，对这公司有成见，三是这次面试一上来问的是像你频繁离职你这样的人怎么还敢来我这找工作。这让从谈话开始就让我一直嫌弃这公司，
所以才拒绝。其实拒绝这个机会是有点遗憾的，主要就是时机不对，当时还有其它面试机会且更好的，就自信的认为其它公司的机会也能拿下，但后面几天的面试没成。
虽然又过了几个星期找到了工作，但感觉还是TTI综合得分更高。只能感概，时也！运也!
