Tax Technology Business Analyst
A. Job description & responsibilities
· Understand business needs and derive business requirements
· Perform systems and/or proposal comparisons and evaluations
· Prepare business requirements document, project plan, training materials, rollout plan, etc.
· Effectively manage business requirements and change requests
· Manage project tasks and timeline
· Work closely with developers and test analysts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
B. Requirements
· University degree in Accounting, Tax, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
· Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
· Knowledge in Tax, accounting, and data analytics
· Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to understand complex business problems and recommend business solutions
· Experience in IT projects and Software Development Lifecycle
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Strong communication skills
· Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as Putonghua is essential
