ZERA Communications Founded in 1996,ZERA is one of China’s leading advertising,public relations and event management firms.It originated from Zera Movie & TV Center and was the subsidiary of Noble Advertising Company joint venture advertising company in Shanghai back in 1991.Their key investors were People’Daily,China Int’l Advertising Company and Hong Kong Wan Xing Advertising Company.Their scope of businesses included TV Specials&Documentary production.ZERA also managed the sales of overseas TV Program licensing.In August 1997,ZERA expanded their services to include Corporate Identity Design & Planning, Advertising and Public Relations. By October 2002,the agency was officially known as ZERA Communications and the business scopes expanded even further to include Sports & Event Management. In 2003,ZERA joint-ventured with Panasonic’s subsidiary,P-dd,to form Trimax Cultural Ltd.With offices in Shanghai&Tokyo,this venture focuses on the investment of and management of cultural projects. 公司地理位置:远离地铁站,位于一个名叫“某某大学园区”的、实际类似居民小区的里弄——公司在这条里弄最深处的犄角旮旯里,公司边上还有一栋学生宿舍,反正找了半天才找到公司入口。本来想掉头离开的,大热天乘公交车赶过来的,直接走人,就真成“沉没成本”了。 面试前奏:填表,高温天也不给一杯水...... 面试人员:一个老外(男)+秘书兼公司副经理(女,台湾人)+财务负责人(女) 面试内容:让自我介绍,从“专业不对口”谈到“工作经历”,再谈到“职业规划”(这种套路千篇一律.......难道没有哪家公司可以换换口味?简直太烦人了)。该职位工作地点在浦东祝桥,是个工厂,做的是舞美道具之类低技术含量的东西,据说迪斯尼是他们公司的客户。 典型问题:我看你以前大公司做的,怎么来小公司了?A:在大公司只是沧海一粟,去小公司才能凸显自我。 总结:小公司面试的通病全都有,不看你会什么、能给企业带来什么,专门盯住一些枝枝节节的问题,小算盘噼里啪啦的——大公司出身的,觉得你自降身份,瞧不起;小公司出身的,更瞧不起。能力差的,瞧不起;能力强的,又觉得小庙容不下大菩萨,甚或威胁自己的地位。归根结底是格局问题,自己没有远大志向,根本就不知道自己企业要什么样的人,自然就无法吸引有识之士。...查看更多
