ACCOUNT

1. ResponsibleforoverallproductionplanningandfollowupwithFastReactsystem,includingannualproductionplanning,monthlyproductionplanning,capacitybudget,direct/indirectlaborbudgetandoutputforecasting;
2. Coordinateproductionplan,followupthefabricandtrim,finishedgoodsoutput,qualityandschedule,adjusttheplanaccordingtotheactualproductionandmaterialconditionstoensurethedeliveryontime;
3. Arrangementforemergencyorder,andsupervisionofmaterialplanning,coordinatetheproductionflowstoensurebalancedproduction;
4. Makeoutsourcingplan,andfollowuptheoutsourcingfactory’squalityanddeliveryscheduleaccordingtothecustomerrequirement;
5. Coordinatewithmerchandisersorderforecastingandproductiontoensureoptimumlevelsofgarmentareachievedtomeetcustomerneeds;
6. DevelopthemasterproductionscheduleandreviewmanufacturingorderswithFastReactsystem;
7. Revisesscheduleaccordingtostylesspecifications,establishedpriorities,andavailabilityorcapabilityofsewers,fabric,trim,machineandfacility;
