Supporting the Project Manager in project daily execution and supervision 协助项目经理处理项目日常事务，进行项目监管 Be responsible of deploying the car design and develop projects; coordinate the relationship between internal departments 负责对汽车设计开发项目调配，协调内部各部门关系 Assist PM to coordinate and manage suppliers, organize the project related suppliers information management 协助项目经理协调管理供应商，并整理项目相关供应商信息管理 Keep track of the project progress of each department and collect the feedback of project 及时跟踪各部门项目进度，搜集整理项目反馈 Arrange meeting schedule and agenda and draw up the project meeting summary 协助安排各项会议的日程与议程，撰写和总结项目会议纪要 Collate the project related technical documents and input information; collect and assemble CATIA、ALIAS data, complete the version updated; keep track of project status till final delivery 根据需要协助整理项目技术文件、输入信息；整理、装配CATIA、ALIAS数据，完成版本更新；跟踪项目推进状态，并交付 In charge of the input data and output work of car design and develop project 负责汽车设计开发项目数据输入和输出工作 Translate the input and output information according to the requirement 根据需要对输入输出信息完成中/英文翻译 Other affairs assigned by supervisor 完成领导交办的临时性工作 Requirements
