As a leader to provide integrated utilities services, SCU is formed to provide investment, technical, management and operations. SCU is the supplier of integrated utilities group in Singapore’s Jurong Island and the 3rd Europe’s petrochemical industrial park, Teesside Chemical Industrial Park to provide innovative and quality solutions that create and add value. Qinzhou Sembcorp Water Co. Ltd (QSW) was established in 24th March 2010, which is co-invested by Sembcorp Utilities Pte Ltd and Guangxi Qinzhou Linhai Industrial Investment Co Ltd. QSC is located in West Habour Area, Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone, Guangxi Province with wastewater treatment concession right in the zone is for 50 years. QSC will provide wastewater treatment service to customers in the Zone. Phase 1 project already has its groundbreaking in April 2010, with capacity of 15,000 m3 /day.
