Who We Are
TMRC is an innovative consumer insights-based branding & communication
consultancy. Operating in China, India and Southeast Asia, we
specialize in gaining deep and valid consumer insights and translating
them into tangible brand stories / positioning, into creative
communication, and NPD / innovation blueprints.
Established in Shanghai in 1997, we have a strong multi-cultural team
across our offices in Shanghai and New Delhi. We come with creative and
keen minds, and the professional skills required for gaining deep
psychological insights, at both conscious and subconscious levels.
How Innovative We Are
We use the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET), a patented
insights development tool to dig deeply into consumers’ thoughts and
feelings. We gain a comprehensive understanding of consumer
experiences, perceptions and motivation. With our team's acute
marketing and communication savvy we translate powerful insights into
brand positioning, communication and innovation - creating tangible
results for our clients.
