非常的惊讶。因为前天晚上半夜我才投的简历，一者没有想到这么快，二来也没有想到SAP真的能给我面试。（从来没有面试过这么大的公司啊。毕业的时候，除了毕博，都没有投过其他的外企。当时一心想去银行，除了工行开发中心到二面失败，别的银行都没有理我。）HR说要给我英文面试，我都傻了。赶紧约了20分钟以后给我家里电话。我的英语不是一般的差。没有一个安静的环境，可真是没有信心能够听懂。回到家中，10分钟以后，电话响起。HR的小姐还是挺nice的。 　　问我了几个问题。 $ J' v; x4 H9 i　　首先，用中文问我，为什么要换工作？回答：我先生在昆山有一个职位，我希望一起到南方去。 * ]4 t/ o7 W" W- y, n. w 　　然后就是英文问题了：在工作中的responsibility? 5 b V9 `: ?2 u+ ^* A 　　回答：application detail design and development, documentation, mentor junior team members, user training, product support, provide solution to sales ..career plan?回答：in long-term, an it consultant. however considering my capabilities, now in short-term, an system analyst, or an system architect, or project manager. 7 x4 h0 |2 r, p+ u5 C1 {7 S　　为什么会申请SAP？我说SAP is one of my dream companies(一边说，能想到要用复数，还是很佩服自己）, I know(knew, sign!) SAP when I am (were) a student in university. ERP or BPR can apply knowledge about both IT and management. the position I'm applying is close to my career plan. ! 　　　目前的salary?回答：after-tax, 5000 per month. 　expectation about salary？回答：above 8000 per monthwhen can begin?回答：I can leave this company after Aug. then comfirm: after two months. I said: sorry, after Jul. confirm: after one month. yeah. 　　然后被告知如果合适，会通知我进一步面试，如果不合适，会发mail给我。我没有报太大希望。回到办公室一会儿就去看信箱，没有据信。：） 没有想到没多久，就收到了HR小姐的电话，问我现在哪里，我说在北京。不过我听她的语气马上意识到可能是要我面试，马上表态说可以去一趟上海，然后就约了时间。高兴坏了。...查看更多
