I interviewed for the credit analyst position. They take recent graduates within 2 years of graduation. They took about 30 in the US offices, 10+ in the UK, 4 in Singapore, 4 in HK, and 2 in the Beijing office. The first round was a technical skype interview and there are 3-4 persons in total asking you mostly on accounting, finance and economics questions. Be sure to know the accounting ratios and how the 4 accounting statements work. "What does it mean to have a negative working capital" is a question that I didn't get...Also beware of what's going on in the news. The second round was behavioral and they invite you to fly over to the city that you applied for. You meet with 3-4 persons either in person or on skype. The office environment was nice. They asked typical behavioral questions such as "is there a thing that you regret very much" and asked about your past experience on your resume. If your past experience indicate that you might not know the local language well, they might test you on the local language. In the end, I didn't get the offer even though the HR said that I performed very well and there were no negative feedback at all.
