一般来说,正常流程是,人事先面试,人事觉得面试者的一些基本情况靠谱了,才会轮到某个部门的专业人员面试。可是,这家公司不走寻常路,上来就直接是公司的财务部人员面试我。明明人事部有人啊,这是我第一点感受到这个公司不尊重人的地方。 接着,进入面试阶段。整个阶段都是不被尊重的。两位女面试官一直在唱双簧,咄咄逼人,甚至带一些人格侮辱了呢。面试我的是两位比较年轻的财务部工作人员。都是女生,最多三十岁吧。其中一位(简称A)问了我为什么从上家公司离职,我的回答中,穿插了其中一个点:财务体系不健全。紧接着A针对我说的问我:那你是觉得会有职业风险吗?我楞了几秒,职业风险,从我实习到工作,所有的面试中,面试官或者财务总监从来没问过这个问题(后来想想,这个就是类似鸡蛋里挑骨头,故意为难吧)。我刚准备说,财务体系不健全,对财务工作者的财务职业的系统全面发展有害无利。不然的话,为什么很多公司都希望自己财务部门招聘的工作人员是从大公司出来的呢?可惜,我没有机会说出口,就被另外一位女面试官(简称B)打断了,她带着轻蔑的语气和嘲笑的笑脸说:她这个有什么财务风险啊,就是一个出纳而已。而且她上家的这个公司就是一个民营小公司。我:我当时害怕极了。没错,这句话,直接让我不想多待一分钟了!这句话,导致我直接把这个公司的财务部定义成了:**部这是我第二次感受到这个奇葩公司的不尊重人的特质。 全程面试,都是高能!我来还其中一位的原话啊。面试官B:你为什么要从上家公司离职呢?无论怎么样,有工作,就算公司拖欠薪资不给交社保,也比你没工作在家呆着强啊。真的搞不懂。面试官B:能给我具体说说你的专业和专业财经院校的专业有什么不同吗?我由点入面,吧啦啦说了一大堆。面试官B:我问的只是有什么不同,你说的根本不是我要听的。然后,面试官B自己在那里用她自己的想法,以不到十个字说了她自己认为的不同。最后,还加了一句:就是这样吧。 Anyway,还是我自己学历不够强悍,证书也不够强悍。如果我自己是985211学校毕业,也不会刚毕业就只能到小的不能再小的民营企业里面去。如果我在大四的时候,就一口气考过三四门CPA,即使我不是985211。 ...查看更多
