岗位职责：

1.主导本地钱包或合作伙伴的产品技术管理。

2.带领研发团队及合作伙伴紧密合作，为客户设计完善、可靠的全局技术方案，为客户带来价值。

3.持续赋能本地钱包或合作伙伴，维护良好合作关系。

4.洞悉合作伙伴战略与需求，具备业务敏感度，协助合作伙伴创造客户价值。

5.作为本地钱包以及支付生态的主要贡献者，创造和识别生态合作机会。



职位描述
Requirements:

1. Good technical and product background in the financial industry, ideally in Payment, Internet Finance or e-wallet. The

candidate has the vision and professional expertise in order to make judgment and decision. Good business and technical

hands-on capabilities

2. The candidate has very good communication skills, he can discuss with c-level management and has decisive impact. He

needs to coach the team, work with the development teams on both sides. Proficient in English and Chinese, local

language is an advantage.

3. Ability to learn fast, being able to understand the current situation and why, being able to assess the current system

product and technology gaps and come out with the best solution

4. Leadership, he has the capability to lead the team and overcome the business and technical challenges. He has the team

cohesion power

5. At least 6 years’ experience in relevant industry

6. Can work in global environment with global view and mindset

7. Self-driven and self-motivated, has entrepreneurship and startup spirit

8. Willing to travel for work frequently

技术梯队。具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境，英语口语熟练。

3.具有很强的学习能力，能快速梳理技术现状，协调和组织能力强，推动项目落地。

4.具有领导能力和管理经验，能带领团队克服技术业务困难，跨团队协作能力强。

5.具备6年以上业界经验。

6.具有全球视野以及商业嗅觉，了解全球市场并能将本地经验沉淀为全球方案。

7.可以接受较高频次的国际差旅。
