• Work with after-sale service for new site installation
• 加油站系统的安装与售后服务工作
• Regular site maintenance include release upgrade, configuration, operation training for customer
• 加油站系统维护：包括版本升级、配置、培训客户
• Good commutation with site, after-sale service, Level 3 support team for site Issue collection, troubleshooting and resolving
• 和现场团队,售后服务团队,三级支持团队进行良好的沟通，对现场问题进行收集、快速排除和解决故障；
• Training customer and after-sale service for system operation
• 为客户和售后服务提供系统使用的培训

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

• Familiar with computer hardware and software operation
• 熟悉计算机硬件和软件操作
• Strong network configuration and application
• 熟悉网络配置和应用
• Popular database operation ie: mysql, postgres, sqlserver...
• 熟悉常见数据库:mysql、postgres, sqlserver...
• Good communication with internal and external team
• 良好的团队沟通能力
• Read and write English documentation
• 熟练的书面英语能力
• Quick support for site issue
• 快速响应
• Be available to business trip for site support at anytime
