角色与职责：
-      负责控制面软件开发，使用C++编程语言
-      参与技术讨论，分析用户需求，制定软件规格、设计、接口
-      按照基站开发流程，开发高质量软件和产品
-      参与问题调查与分析，提供相应解决方案
-      持续改进控制面软件质量

要求：
-      计算机、通信技术等相关专业学士或硕士
-      熟悉C/C++，有扎实的编程功底
-      流利的普通话和英语水平
-      了解3GPP标准，算法设计和实现
-       对于嵌入式软件开发有经验，特别是电信产品，具备3G/4G/5G L1/L2/L3技术背景更佳
