岗位职责：
1、负责新品研发交付
1）Hero产品的成功，产品引领为前提，研发负责保障交付质量与效率
2）新技术突破，技术为核心竟争力的产品
3、器件标准化，以实现交付的效率提升、成本的降低
2、研发团队管理与体系建设
1）研发基础能力建设：团队/技术能力短板识别与建设
2）人效管理：人效提升，项目人员动态管理达到人效较优的目标
3）研发流程建设：TR流程、IPD流程中研发的角色与作用等
3、管理研发预算与费用
任职要求：
Technical leadership – you will be an authority on design methodology, solution selection, manufacturing techniques and material selection across multiple product categories.
Process adherence – with a big and growing team, we need to drive efficiencies by using simple, well-understood processes to guide our work. This will include continuously improving our IPD process and the intelligent application of tools such as DFMEA, QFD, TSA, etc.
Inspiration – you will bring passion, commitment and drive to a young and enthusiastic team eager to learn and grow.
Attention to detail – We don’t have time for a trial-and-error approach to design and development, we need to use intelligence and analysis to anticipate problems and get it right-first-time.
Resolve – We need a calm, strong, determined leader with the maturity and knowledge to define the best technical paths forward. The ability to listen carefully, question thoroughly, then understand sometimes complex issues and make key decisions is critical for success in this role.
Communication – You will be a strong and convincing communicator to your superiors and subordinates, capable of making presentations and leading meetings as well as individual coaching and encouragement.
