1.PQM&TPM工作统筹管控
2. 重要客户对接及报告
3. 客户关系维护及内部团队运作管理
3. NPI&MP重大质量问题lead解决

5. 根据公司发展需要，可支援国外团队建设
1. Organisate PQM/TPM work tasks
2. Dealing and report to Customer
3. Maintain customer relationship and internal group management
4. Lead and solve NPI & MP major
5. Cross function cooperation
1.客人的对接窗口，内部各单位TPM /PQMoverall lead;
2. NPI前期参与工艺讨论，人力/设备/载治具/自动化评估；
3. 与TPM客户检讨schedule/layout/capacity plan/training plan;
4. 线体/设备/治具buy off reveiw以及系统评估验证；
5. FAI流程定义，Line conversion/line down/resume plan定义；
6. 试产yield daily&FACA report;
8. 专案阶段性总结报告, postmortem/Yield bridge
9. 量产Efficiency ramp up, learning curve.
7. 自动化及新系统前期规划，开发评估及导入追踪
1. Customer DRI , Internal overall lead
2. NPI readiness and asssessment for resource, equipment, fixtures and automation
3. Review with TPM customers for schedule/layout/capacity plan/training plan
4. Line/equipment/fixture buyoff review and verification
5. Define FAI process, line conversion/line down/resume plan
6. NPI Daily yield & FACA report
7. NPI Stage conclusion report, post mortem/ yield bridge
8. MP Efficiency ramp up and learning curve
9. Automation and new system pre planning, developmet assessment and implementation
