The role：
Progress Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming center atmosphere for customers, assisting customers to successfully reach their learning objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
学习进度主任负责维护学校温馨快乐的学习氛围，为学员制定学习计划，引导和帮助学员适应有效的学习方法并达到他们的目标；保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系，维护学员满意度。
You will:
1. Ensure customers meet their learning objectives by setting up study plan, monitoring study pace and providing study advices.
2. Collaborate with Course Consultants to drive internal revenue, including course extension, renewals and referral
3. Support center operations, including reception and other relevant customer services.
4. Handle customer complaints.

Key requirements:
1. Undergraduate degree (or above), English major preferred.
2. 1 years of experience in service and relevant industries. Overseas work and study experience is preferred.
3. Strong communications skill.
4. Be flexible to working hours, able to work during weekends if required.
