1. Prepare student profile and class folder before the class starts;
2. Cooperate with the DoS/FT in conducting the Parent Orientation;
3. Communicate with DoS regarding student’s adaptation to the level and make changes if necessary;
4. Observe the class and communicate with teacher about student’s progress;Track student’s learning progress and update parent regularly on student progress and performance;
5.Listen to parent’s feedback and make parent communication record;
6. Work together with teacher in organizing Open Door, Parent & Teacher Meeting and Achievement Ceremony and invite parent to attend;
7. Ensure the correct operations in Odin on attendance tracking, transfer-in, transfer-out, suspension and retention etc;
8.Work as the bridge of communication to parents for all studying related issues or school arrangement;
9. Deal with customer complaints and follow up with actions;
10. Establish good relationship with customers to achieve retention, referral and related sales target.
11. Help marketing team in organizing internal marketing activity;

College degree or above
Good English communication skill in both written and spoken (B1 above)
Good computer skills in Microsoft office
Customer service experience is preferred
Education industry background or sales experience is a plus
