倒班领班（兼物料员）

Major Job Functions and Tasks主要工作职能和任务：
1.Responsible for the production safety on the shift, responsible for promoting daily production orders for each production line, promoting team cooperation to complete the production tasks on duty shift while ensuring productivity, cost, delivery time and quality, and maximizing operators' ability and efficiency to complete the production plan./ 负责当班的安全生产，负责推进生产线执行每日的生产指令单，在保证生产力，成本、交期及质量的前提下，促进团队合作来完成当值班次的生产任务，以最大化一线员工的能力和效率来完成生产计划。
2.Ensure the safe and orderly supply of raw materials and auxiliary packaging materials for the production line./保证生产线的原材料及辅助包装材料的安全有序的供给。
3.Familiar with the parameter setting of each line, can troubleshoot general glitches. Supervise the inspection of all production line equipment. / 熟悉生产线的参数设置，能排除一般小故障。监督生产设备的点检。
4.Compatible with online quality judgment and quality isolation. / 兼容在线质量判定和质量隔离工作。
5.Continuous improvement of production line, Can put forward the corresponding equipment process renovation and improvement suggestions in order to increase the production efficiency, reduce equipment failure, improve the efficiency of production, responsible for 5S on duty. / 生产线的持续改进，能提出相应设备及工艺的改进和改造的建议，以便增加生产效率，减少设备故障，提高生产效率，负责当班现场5S工作推进。
6.Proficient in using Word/Excel office software. / 熟练使用Word/Excel办公软件。
7.Responsible for implementing the company's rules and regulations, ensuring the attendance, training and supervision of personnel. / 负责贯彻执行公司规章制度，保障人员的出勤、培训及督导工作。
8.Finish other works assigned by production supervisor. / 完成生产主管指定的其他工作。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed 知识和技能: (Degree, experience, skills such as personal computing, etc.)
1.Education教育: Degree above high school. / 高中或以上学历。
Experience经验:Working experience of team leader, foreman or line leader is preferred. / 有班组长、领班或线长工作经验的优先。
2.Skills技能:Simple English reading and writing and relevant sheet filling. Proficient in MS office . Proficient in SAP system production module . At least one year forklift driving experience is required./ 简单英文读写及报表填写，办公软件操作熟练，需叉车驾驶经验一年以上，有SAP操作经验者优先。
