职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责事业群视觉创意和设计,根据公司提出需求提供完整的设计解决方案； 2.完成事业群品牌视觉设计以及各项目的品牌视觉设计； 3.具备优秀的视觉营销洞察力，负责事业群产品包装设计、平面设计、视频剪辑等内容，根据消费群体的喜好和产品卖点做出精准视觉表现。 4.负责事业群品牌VI系列设计，及各拍摄方案的视觉设计； 5.负责公司日常自媒体矩阵的视觉设计、营销活动及会展视觉设计、宣传物料设计、PPT美化等日常事务； 6.负责事业群设计团队的管理，优化设计流程，负责事业群内外部沟通及协作，完成事业群的工作任务。 职位要求： 1.5年以上平面设计、创意经验，2年设计团队管理经验，广告公司、设计公司或传媒公司工作经验优先，具有极强的视觉把控及传达能力，有丰富独立创作项目案例者优先。 2.本科学历，视觉、平面、美术设计等相关专业毕业优先，有手绘基础优先。有良好的艺术触觉及想象力，对色彩、整体风格有良好的感觉；扎实的美术功底，具有丰富的创作灵感； 3.熟练操作各种设计软件（Photoshop、CorelDraw、Illustrator、Ai、3DMAX、C4D、VRAY等）以及办公软件； 4.具有良好的沟通、表达能力，同时具备跨部门协作能力，能适应多任务处理的工作压力； 5.有视频剪辑及后期经验优先。
