职位描述
岗位职责：
1.协助项目负责人完成设计及相关工作。
2.按照设计规范配合项目负责人完成设计方案稿的深化设计图纸。
3.有较强的沟通协调能力和领悟学习能力，能独立完成施工图。
4.底薪+提成，优秀者在公司未来有更大的发展空间。
5.有方案潜力的伙伴，公司会考虑培养。
岗位要求 ：
1.装饰设计、室内设计等相关专业大专或以上学历。
2.2年以上室内设计工作经验，一年以上酒店设计工作经验（有连锁酒店设计工作经验者优先）。
3.熟悉掌握基本绘图软件（Autocad、Photoshop、Office、Sketchup、PPT等）、熟悉制图规范、效率高，独立绘制整套施工图，熟悉平、立、剖、节点大样的绘制。
4.了解施工工艺和验收标准、规范，有一定的施工现场设计经验；
5.具有良好的沟通表达能力，组织与协调能力强，有团队合作精神，工作责任心强，工作严谨认真负责，具有工作抗压能力，服从领导安排的工作。
6.具有一定的艺术审美能力，有志在设计行业长期发展。
