职位描述
1、负责电动汽车充电桩产品设计开发工作；
2、制定新产品的总体开发计划，控制产品的开发进度和开发成本；
3、制定相关产品技术工作规范与标准并监督执行；
4、具备充电桩系统解决方案设计能力、技术方案撰写能力、项目推动能力等；
5、指导并培养团队成员提高充电桩研发技术能力，带领团队成员采取行之有效的措施，解决充电桩技术及应用领域的研发难题。
岗位要求：
八、大专及以上学历，工科电子专业背景优先；
2、3年以上充电桩产品设计开发经验，至少具备1年以上研发部门全面管理经验；
3、熟悉硬件电路开发，数据结构、软件工程及产品开发知识，对结构设计方面有一定的了解;
4、较强的成本意识，对充电桩方案较为了解，有一定的资源渠道；
5、良好的研发类问题解决能力，较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，协调和抗压能力强，具有强烈的责任心和敬业精神、团队合作精神。
