职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责TEMU店铺整体规划和管理；
2、负责店铺日常维护，产品更新，监控各类店铺数据，合理制定产品需求计划及库存消化，及时调整销售策略，完成每月销售指标；
3、做好产品上下架调整，定期优化产品文案、产品主图、产品卖点、根据不同促销方式调整合理产品利益点；
4、挖掘海外用户需求，分析用户喜好，做好Temu产品类目选品及开发；
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、具备较好的数据统计和分析能力；
3、有较强的学习能力、沟通能力、抗压能力
