一、公司独立站
1. 全网站搭建
2. 配合solid网站推广公司做内容
3. 全平台素材收集及其发布
4. 更新
投入：
1. 公司网站推广，查看公司签约的合同，有要求每年关键词的排名
2. Google Ads的投入，投入预算每年暂时按照10W做预订
3. 公司内部业务推广
效果考核：
1. 关键词自然排名？
2. Google Ads的广告文案及效果
3. 获得官网询盘数量
4. 获得的成交数量考核
5. 曝光量的投入与询盘投入
绩效：
按照效果考核规定绩效。考虑按照获得的询盘做奖励，比如每个月获得10个询盘保底后每增加一个询盘可获得对应的奖励。
二、社媒平台
1. Linkedin的内容输出
2. Facebook的主页内容输出
3. Twitter的内容输出
4. Youtube的内容输出等等社媒平台的内容输出，额可以与主页的工作内容同步协调推进
投入：
1. 挑选关键的社媒做广告推广
2. 公司研发新产品的推广
3. 公司实力的推广
效果考核：
1. 各平台主页的粉丝量
2. 每个月的各主页的曝光量
3. 通过社媒获得的询盘
4. 通过各平台的获客。
绩效：
按照效果规定绩效，多出来的部分获得相对应的奖励。
