2. 有5年以上工业行业直销销售经验,气体行业经验优先。

6. 能够适应快节奏及独立的销售工作。
7. 熟悉办公软件及商务写作。
8. 有驾驶执照

招聘职位:LB Sales Engineer 大宗气体销售工程师
POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose:
Sales engineer are responsible for achieving various sales targets for the designated city. Filed sales is the frontline Air Products’ representative interfacing with our end user customers, introducing AP’s products and offerings to bring value to our customers. One of key target filed sales needs to hit is the new signing target which is critical for our continuous growth in the area market. In addition, field sales, together with inside sales, is also responsible to ensure a healthy organic growth from existing customer base through good service and interactions with customers. Driving margin improvement and continuous productivity is also part of the scope of field sales whose contribution is critical as the frontline customer facing reps of AP. Field Sales are responsible for developing new business through aggressively pursuing prospects and achieve profitable new signing target through working with GAD. Filed sales is also responsible for managing a few existing accounts in the designated area through working with inside sales. Sales Manager ensures the full cooperation between the inside sales and fields sales to achieve profitable business growth in each area.

Key elements of the role include sufficient pipeline of prospects and hot prospects, hitting new signing target and implementation of account management of all existing customers in the area including customer satisfaction improvement, customer retention, contract renewal, profit improvement through PIP/ME, productivity improvement, new signings to growth business, increasing marketing share. As the frontline reps, filed sales has responsibility to support company by collecting and feedbacking to management on market dynamics including but not limited to competitors move, segment trend and others.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage 40-50 accounts including support inside sales managed accounts as one team and as one target
2. Customer retention and new signings. Conduct sales calls, achieve various sales targets set by company, major focus on new business growth.
3. Try every means including industrial park cold call, direct market channel, customer referral and referral from sales of other product lines and MFOs to build up a sufficient hot prospect pipeline which is critical to hitting new signing targets
4. Work with inside sales together with cross functional teams like customer engineering, GBSS team to help customer resolve issues and provide value added service to customers to improve customer loyalty and enhance AP’s brand recognition in the market
5. Work with CT team to develop new business with new technology and new application to grow profitably in the region
6. Execute PIP(price increase program )and ME (Margin enhance) to pass through the cost inflation so as to improve margin, like opening 24 hours delivery window, using flow meter…
7. Monitor account profitability through CTS model and find solution to optimize the supply to ensure the return of each account
8. Maser basic technical design of customer requirement to speed up new signing process
9. Master basic AP CT (商务技术部) application advantages to support wining new projects
10. With support from Inside Sales of daily account management to build good customer relationship and get new signing from customer expansion projects
11. Monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed
12. Get leads and referrals from existing accounts to help grow business for both LB and other product lines and MFOs
13. Support administration work of strategic accounts in the area
14. Input accurate related prospect, hot prospect, lost report, segment info into CRM in time to help company to analyze market trend
15. Collect competitor’s intelligence
16. Work as mentor to new sales as buddies
17. Provide weekly report to sales manager on volume/price, productivity achievement of existing accounts and segment highlights feed backed by customers and market competition
18. Other job assigned by manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
- Bachelor Degree (Business or Technical discipline preferred)
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer service function in multinational companies
- Experience in industrial gases or chemicals would be a strong plus.
3. Skills
- Sales, commercial and negotiation skills
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Strong communication skills
4. Qualities
- Strong commitment to the job and desire to win
- Good team player and can work both independently and as a team member always with constructive suggestions
- Result focused – demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results.
