职位描述
职责：
1. 创新性地研发智能轮胎的相关算法，如：车辆轮位自匹配，车辆载重预测等。
2. 支持公司市场部数据科学的相关需求，如：轮胎销量预测，用户分析，订单推荐等。
3. 与公司其他部门合作，探索可能的算法需求或商业问题(自然语言处理，计算机视觉)。
4. 调研相关文献并能够通过代码对其中的部分方法进行复现。
岗位要求：
1. 硕士或以上学位在读
2. 专业包括但不限于：统计学，数学，计算机科学，数据科学，机器学习等。
3. 熟悉Python中常用的机器学习/深度学习库，如Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn，Pytorch, Keras
4. 具备机器学习/深度学习的相关课程或项目经验
5. 英语能够作为工作语言
Responsibilities:
1. Innovative development of tire intelligence algorithms, such as Tire Position Auto-location，load estimation, etc.
2. Support data science needs from different teams, such as Sales Forecasting for Tires , Customer Segmentation, and Order Recommendation.
3. Collaborate with senior data scientists or stakeholders to explore the potential business needs (NLP or CV).
4. Research and replicate papers in relevant fields.
Qualifications:
1. Master students or above at senior year.
2. Majors are including but not limited to Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, etc.
3. Familiar with the Machine/Deep Learning Libraries in Python such as Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn, PyTorch and Keras.
4. Have Machine/Deep Learning related courses or experience.
5. English as the working language.

记录一下某位普兰店出身的HRM视频面试说的话，体会一下素质：
1.面试一开始就说没有简历，那是不是可以理解成候选人的简历都没看过就来面试了？
2.候选人在说汽车行业电动化趋势加强，HRM说了一句“我不觉得你们公司到了破产的地步”，意思是公司破产了才能跳槽？
3.具体陈述业务萎缩原因时，HRM又说“我觉得你们集团在亚太的布局还是很好的，高层后面会有战略上的安排”，哪个高层跟你说的？
4.固特异在面临疫情影响有没有应对方法？HRM回答会拓宽销售渠道的，等于没回答…
真是开了眼界。
