Job Requirement 工作要求:
Manage projects efficiently in the region w. dedicated responsibility
Alliance to PL and other functions for JV
Lead application projects to mass production in accordance with our internal processes (GDPEP)
Define program scope, timing and baseline, project team and SteerCo. Members. Lead the cros-functional project team; Establish the program timing plan based on the program milestones requirement;
Report the program status to leaders and update the program report regularly;
Escalate the program issues to leaders on time to ensure the program smooth run;
Manage project budget and financial KPI's to ensure profitability of the project.
Qualification 任职资格:
At least 3+ years PM working expericene with full program lifecycle run in Automotive industry, having global program experience;
Good English skill at both oral and writing; Germany is a plus
Logic thoughts, good communication skills and team player, fast learning;
Strong Industrialization (OP Planning / Engineering)
Strong communication, personality / resilience, initiative, cultural competence
Active working attitude to solve the problems and push the program forward with the final goal orientation;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Can accept the business trip per program need;
PMP certificate is a plus;
Oversea experience preferred
