Job Responsibilities
- Accurately understand project requirements and complete test plans, understanding user needs from the perspective of end users.
- Develop reasonable test cases and design testing activities for functionality, performance, reliability, user experience, and data.
- Lead specialized testing activities such as reliability and performance testing to enhance the quality of software versions.
- Lead negative feedback initiatives, identify areas for improvement in requirements, design, development, and testing through online issue tracking and version defect analysis, and continuously drive improvements in version quality.

- Proficiency in test case design, formulation, and execution, with the ability to analyze and plan data products.
- Deep understanding of system business scenarios and key requirements, with experience in testing large-scale software systems.
- Strong business understanding, passion for technology, enthusiasm for research, ability to quickly grasp and master new technologies, and a strong independent and proactive learning ability.
