背景
1. 了解灯具产品基础知识等；

职位要求：
1.10年以上项目管理经验，至少3年以上作为一级汽车供应商项目负责人的完整启动经验。至少1个完整的照明产品或相关产品发布。
2.PMP认证。对汽车行业的项目管理、风险管理和变更管理有清晰的理解。
3.APQP和PPAP知识。熟悉宝马客户的特殊要求者优先。
4.具备强大的财务知识，能够监控项目盈利能力
5.对项目团队表现出强大的领导力。在日常工作中协助和指导团队方面经验丰富
6.在压力下自我激励，并在紧张的项目进度上交付预期结果
7.英语可用作工作语言。德语能力优先。
工作内容：
- To ensure the customer satisfaction regarding the project developments from RFQ phase to SOP and until the Project Closing event.
- To manage the OEM projects in terms of QCD and to be the responsible person in front of the OEM for his project until Project closing (end Gate6).
- To manage the project team members as team Leader
- To implement the Project handbook in the project development organization as well as inside the TAiZhou plant.
- To manage the project: anticipation of the workload, interfaces with sales, interventions punctual to customers, communicate with persons in charge of project development, interfaces of project management team.
- To insure to respect the gross margins of the projects, and to monitor to their improvement.
- To guarantee the release of products conforming to the quality requirements, the deadline specified by the clients, and the profitableness assigned to the project.
-确保客户对项目开发的满意度，从RFQ阶段到SOP，直到项目结束。
-根据QCD管理OEM项目，并在项目结束前担任OEM项目的负责人（结束Gate6）。
-作为团队负责人管理项目团队成员
-在项目开发组织以及台州工厂内执行项目手册。
-管理项目：对工作量的预期，与销售的接口，对客户的准时干预，与项目开发负责人的沟通，项目管理团队的接口。
-确保尊重项目的毛利率，并监督其改进。
- Strictly abide by the HSE management regulations, and carry out risk identification and measures improvement spontaneously.
- Built project team: deal with project meetings, working conditions, reporting, training, recruitments.
- take part in the Design Review, Quality validation committee and organize the Project management Committee (agenda, - docs – meeting minutes, action follow-up)
-Validate monthly the resources assigned to the project and check with relative responsible to make sure to carry out corrective actions if necessary.
- To work with the factory responsible for the SOP and to ensure that the project milestones and KPI are achieved : Trial phase, SOP phase, mass production phase)
- Pilot relative problem solution group to improve the project management, within Site improvement plan and the reference. (Project Handbook road-map)
- Report to his N+1, especially anticipate the potential critical points relating project development (internal and face to face with Customers) and propose relative action plan
- Build the Project budgets and to achieve its KPI them.
- Guarantee deployment and application of the Environmental management System within his department.
- Obey HSE rules and regulations, pay attention to safety and any accident or incident related to HSE found, report immediately to N+1
- Targeting of teams Project Management to ensure the strategic direction of the business is achieved.
- Ensure delivery of customer required quotes on time and in line with Ichikoh business objectives.
- Mentoring and oversight of all key quote submissions, Ensuring all required approvals and systems are followed in preparing customer quotations
- Understand the business process and links and the relationship to the OEM Project management cycle
- Drive VAVE initiatives within the company to reduce product cost and improve profit margins
- Reporting to the leadership team on program commercial status
- Oversee and report out on the local customer relationships on a regular basis
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of the customers business processes & expectations, and communicate this information effectively to internal teams and stakeholders
- To be responsible for the Project Management Planning.
- To manage the project team & development budget.
- To ensure to act as an interface with the clients for all the aspects in quality, cost, and the schedule from the project origin to its closure. Meanwhile, he is the representational delegate to the clients, handling all the problems relevant to his project
- Manage the project (anticipation, measure, analysis divergence& corrective actions) and furnish a state of system of project to the Project Direction Committee.
- The other job to assigned by Project Management General Manager
- Project manager takes full responsibility of P&L for specific project. From customer nomination, project manager needs lead team start VAVE activities to recognize cost improvement opportunities. Project manager needs work with Finance BP to report ROS status on each project phase to ensure financial result could be achieved on SOP.
