海外支付业务助理总经理

Job responsibilities:
工作职责:
1. Responsible for the business connection between the company and international card groups (such as VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, etc.), acquisition agencies, overseas banks and other overseas financial institutions;
1. 负责公司与国际卡卡组（如VISA、MasterCard、UnionPay等），收单机构，境外银行及其他海外金融机构渠道的商务对接；
2. Responsible for daily cooperation and relationship maintenance with cooperative financial service institutions, and assisting the sales department to promote the implementation of key cooperation projects;2. 保持与合作金融服务机构的日常合作及关系维护，协助销售部门推进重点合作项目落地；
3. Responsible for designing feasible project cooperation plans and conducting internal and external communication to promote the implementation of the plans;
3. 负责设计可行的项目合作方案并进行内外部沟通推动方案施行；
4. Other business operations related work.
4. 其他商务运营相关工作。

Qualifications:
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent Mandarin Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, overseas study or work experience is preferred;
1. 本科以上学历，中文普通话和英语听说读写能力优秀，有海外留学或工作经验优先；
2. More than 5 years related experience in payment industry, working experience in foreign banks and foreign card is preferred;
2. 5年以上支付行业相关经验，有外卡及外资银行工作经验优先;
3. Outgoing personality, good at communication and coordination, strong execution, with a certain ability to work under pressure;
3. 性格开朗外向，善于沟通和协调，执行力强，具备一定的抗压能力;
4. Have keen market insight and analytical ability.
4. 有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力。
