职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责客户端质量问题的响应，对不良品进行失效分析并提出解决方案，完成8D报告制作；
2、主导客诉处理，快速有效地解除客户风险，提升客户满意度。同时主导重大客诉回溯分析，确保问题预防。
3、负责对接客户审核工作，跟进客户审厂工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，理工科专业背景优先；
2、良好的英语能力，能够与国外客户口语交流；
3、1年以上质量工程师工作经验，有客户质量工程师经验优先，熟悉质量体系管理， 有售后质量管理经验；
4、具有良好的组织能力和沟通能力，具有独立解决问题的能力和团队协助意识；
5、会制作8D报告。
