Job Responsibilities
1. Develop a laboratory research formula based on the company's new projects by comparing similar products registered in the FDA (Food and Drug Administration of the USA) and NMPA (National Medical Products Administration of the Mainland).
2. Read worldwide related research articles and patents, screening and making final decisions on the experimental programme. Take responsibility for risk analysis and provide a risk treatment plan for the programme. Guide and participate in the experiments, tests, and verifications according to the formula and compare with the internationally registered products through material science, cytology, histology, histomorphology, mechanics, etc. Screening out the best preliminary product formula based on everything mentioned above.
3. Develop and verify package, transportation of packaging, aging of products and packaging, validity period, and methods of sterilization. virus inactivation of product research, etc. Prepare verification plan and reports.
4. Research and simulation of mass production (Pilot study on production of product). Prepare technical standards for products, complete self-inspection according to the technical standards, and conduct registration inspection after passing the self-inspection of three batch products.
5. Develop a programme for the biological evaluation process, pre-clinical animal tests, and analysis of the experimental reports.
6. Write the report and prepare documents for the product registration of the FDA by collecting and analyzing all the results of the experiments tests, evaluations, and related scientific documents.
Requirements
1. Master's degree in biomaterial and biotechnology or relevant disciplines such as material science, biology, chemical, polymer science, medical science, etc. With working experience in some job duties mentioned in the Responsibilities aforementioned. Working experience is not compulsory for Doctoral degree holders.
2. Laboratory skills and advanced equipment operation experience, such as analytical instruments, chromatography, flow cytometry, genomic analysis, microscopy, incubator, etc.
3. Decent communication, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative teamwork skills, with knowledge of laboratory safety rules.
4. Possess a proactive attitude, willing to take the initiative of own responsibility and tasks.
