V2X车联网项目经理（英语流利）

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
1. At least three years’ experience in automotive industry and experience in V2X field is required,
BMW experience is a plus.
2. Strong project coordination and communication skills to manage tasks using Microsoft tools
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) as well as Confluence and JIRA. Practical project
management experience is a plus.
3. Comprehensive knowledge in V2X technology.
4. Strong team spirit as a good team player, good team-oriented thinking and playing skills.
5. Fluent language skills in English (writing and speaking), German is a plus.
6. Excellent communication skill within the BMW Group China, BMW headquarter, and BMW
factory in China.
7. Excellent communication skill with local and international suppliers in technical and commercial.
8. Bachelor’s degree or above in telecommunication engineering, E/E, mechatronics, computer
science, or similar.
9. Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and very good driving capabilities resulting from car
usage.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Project lead to prepare, coordinate, schedule and follow up V2X engineering tasks. For
example, organize engineering meetings, write, and distribute meeting minutes, track task
status, etc.
2. Analyze different aspects of technologies and solutions, create comparison matrix in
engineering and cost with advantages and disadvantages, prepare report presentation for
higher management to review and make decision.
3. Communicate and coordinate internally and externally on all engineering related topics
including development, processes, legislation, purchasing, industrial engineering and other
business-related topics.
4. Support group manager and project lead on project planning and execution, resource planning
and management including budget and head counts, risk management and evaluation, quality
related tasks.
5. Be willing to travel in China and abroad to support project and related functions
