Job Responsibilities: 1. Formulating and reviewing policies related to agent channels, such as basic laws and regulations, talent recruitment policies, and quality management policies. 2. Commission management: Configuring commission-related indicators, reviewing deductions and additions, and distributing commissions. 3. Personnel review: Reviewing the ranks of supervisors and directors and reviewing the recruitment team. 4. System development: Developing commission, assessment, and team management systems; developing mobile agent support systems; implementing policies such as talent recruitment, quality, and programs. 5. Human resource team development: Training for human resource management in the organization, resolving daily issues, conducting monthly meetings, and establishing and implementing performance evaluation systems.
