ECGS Digital Project Manager

We need an IT project manager to manage from end to end digital projects mainly under ‘Marketing & Sales’ business domain to help Michelin business achieve further growth via digital transformation. The ‘PM’ is responsible for facing directly internal customers to collect business needs and propose cost-effective digital solutions in collaboration with different participants like BA, Archi, Infra, Security etc. The ‘PM’ needs to follow Michelin project management methodologies to execute projects and ensure on-target delivery. This person is also the owner and functional expert of the solutions under his / her responsibility and should be able to manage RUN stage activities like enhancements, technical obsolescence, in collaboration with Support Manager and different service providers.

Primary Responsibilities:
 Elicitation of business requirements and process in collaboration with different teams
 Proposition and delivery of modern and cost effective solutions matching business needs on-time, on-budget and compliant with defined business process and visions
 End-to-end ownership of solutions from Build to Run for different business domains
 Close collaboration with Business stakeholders to elaborate roadmap answering group strategy and mid-term / long-term business ambition, followed by the definition of the corresponding tactical execution and operation
 Close collaboration with global teams and local teams to make sure Asia projects aligns with group roadmap for in terms of timing and solution
 Close collaboration with different partners and vendors to drive the deliverables in different project phases
 Proactive management of risks and issues and appropriate communications to stakeholders of different levels
 Management of RUN according to SLA defined with a mindset of continuous performance improvement from both quality and cost perspectives
 Vendor performance and service management in both Build and Run


Required Qualities:
 Good understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile) with hand-on demonstrated PM experience
 Knowledge and experience in applications RUN operation (incident, change, problem, etc.)
 Familiarity with at least 1 business domain (Sales, Marketing, O2C, HR, Finance etc.)
 Experience in working with at least 1 enterprise system ERP, CRM, SCM …
 Experience in digital solution design, proposition and implementation
 Familiarity with at least 1 cloud (Azure, Ali or etc..) and the services is a BIG PLUS.
 Familiarity with middle-ware / integration techs like EDI, API, MQ, Kafka is a BIG PLUS.
 Familiarity with 1 or more of the following build technologies is a BIG PLUS.
 Back-end: like SpringBoot, SpringCloud, MyBatis or etc.
 Front-end: like Vue, Angular, React
 Bigdata: like Redis, Databricks, Spark or etc.
 Strong logical thinking and communication skills
 Proactive working attitude, results driven, and capability to handle working uncertainty and pressure
 Ability to work across in Asia-Pacific region

Qualifications
 Computer science or related bachelor’s degree
 5+ years’ hands-on experience in IT project management
 8+ years’ total experience with a tech background preferred
 English speaking is mandatory, overseas education or working experience is a plus
