Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the basic services operation and maintenance(hereinafter called ‘O&M’) of Microsoft cloud platform, including but not limited to a series of enterprise applications based on Windows Server, such as ADDS, ADFS, DNS, SCOM, Web Proxy, Hyper-V, PKI, etc.
2. Based on ITSM, responsible for Incident management, Request management, Problem management, and Change management. Responsible for the Deployment/Upgrade/Maintenance of Services Application for availability.
3. Handle urgent major faults and common faults, and restore services. Analyze the root cause of incidents, and make improvements and optimizations.
4. Develop and maintain automated O&M tools to improve efficiency and optimize O&M processes.
5. 5*8 working hours. Provide 7*24*365 On call technical support service.
Qualifications:
1. Major in computer science, proficient in TCP/IP, HTTP and other communication protocols, with solid knowledge of network and computer architecture. Proficient in Windows Server, familiar with Active Directory, Certificate Authority, DNS, Hyper-V, SCOM and other applications.
2. Experience in PowerShell script development, strong logical thinking ability, familiar with at least one programming language, PowerShell/Python/.Net.
3. Technical documents writing in a timely manner as required
4. Good sense of serving, communication skills, self-learning ability and initiative.
5. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Candidates with the following are preferred
Bonus points:
1. Have Microsoft related certifications (MCSE, MCITP), and experience in operation and maintenance is preferred
2. Proficient in oral English, listening, reading and writing.
3. Have a good understanding of ITIL, be able to use process management in daily work, and pass ITIL certification
