室内主题娱乐深化设计师

岗位职责：
1. Be familiar with the IP contents and operating rules of international themed entertainment projects. Be familiar with China’s architectural design (interior design) regulations.
熟悉国际主题娱乐项目的IP内容及运作规则，同时对中国的建筑设计（室内设计）规范相对熟悉。
2. Ability to complete themed entertainment projects independently from schematic design, detail design, to construction design phases, including control design quality and promptly handle all aspects of cooperation issues between deepening design partners and equipment suppliers at each stage.
可以独立完成主题娱乐项目的方案深化、扩初设计或施工图设计阶段的具体工作；良好的把控设计质量，及时处理各阶段深化设计工作与合作方（设备厂家等）的各方面合作问题。
3. Ability to coordinate, follow-up, and manage detailed design projects and obtain design confirmations from international IP owners and domestic investors, as well as give project reports to construction department of local government during the project design and plan review phases.
可以独立协调、跟进并处理项目深化设计和实施过程中需要进行的国际IP持有人的设计确认，向政府及建设主管部门等进行必要的汇报和审图等工作。

Qualifications:
任职资格：
1. Graduated from art/design major, with strong art appreciation and fashion perception.
艺术/设计类专业毕业，较强的艺术鉴赏力和时尚的感知力。
2. At Least 5 years of detailed design experience in international themed entertainment IP projects with complete design portfolio.
具有5年以上国际主题娱乐IP项目的深化设计经验和完整的设计案例。
3. Adept in operating design and drawing software, with ability to independently complete concept development and detailed design of international themed IP projects.
熟练操作相关设计和绘图软件，具有独立完成一个国际IP项目的深化和扩初设计的工作能力。
4. Experience of on-site construction and operating projects is preferred.
参加过项目现场施工和有具体落地项目经验者优先。
