职位描述
职责描述：
1、主导项目前期成本报价及可行性评估、技术交流、工艺策划及评审，并且能输出项目策划文件。
2、主导新项目开发进度管理及产品试生产。
3、制作新项目开发过程试制计划，并负责推进。
4、负责规划新项目设备、模具、工装移转验收及使用。
5、定期召开项目阶段评审会议，对试生产进度进行检讨，并就高风险项和管理层及职能部门经理沟通与汇报，研究解决方案，确保按计划达成。
6、主导项目执行过程中的问题清单的梳理和跟进，协调跨部门小组成员在规定的时间内完成，保证项目按时间节点顺利实施。
7、新项目移转后，拉动工厂资源确保项目顺利量产。
8、独立主导和输出APQP完整的文件，熟悉五大手册任职要求。
9、其他项目相关工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历。
2、5年以上汽车零部件行业产品开发/项目管理经验，熟悉汽车零部件行业项目开发流程，熟悉注塑、涂装、塑胶模具、组装（部分或全部）工艺流程。
3、良好的英语运用能力，书面及口语能顺畅沟通优先。
4、良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
