职位描述
岗位职责：
–Review design job for engineer and provide correction list and comment on design improvement , follow up implementation on feed back .
为工程师提供校正表和设计改进意见审查设计工作，跟进实施反馈。
–Communicate with customer and in-house related department .
与客户和公司内部相关部门的沟通。
–Review lesson learnt activity and prepare relevant reports .
审核Lesson learnt和准备相关报告
–To understand any abnormal, defect analysis, if design issue, work with design to fix it, if process issue, work with process and other departments if indeed to fix it.
了解任何异常，缺陷分析，如果设计的问题，与设计一起处理，如果工艺问题，与生产和其他部门一起真正的解决它。
–To lead any customer complain in FA stage.
处理FA阶段任何客户投诉。
–To summary the QIP and follow up the process troubles if be closed before next build.
在下一个批次前，总结QIP和跟进工艺问题是否解决。
任职要求：
–Familiar with PCB/FPCB Design and production/process workflow .
熟悉PCB/FPCB设计和生产/工艺流程
–With flex process experience at least 3 years or above 5 years in PCB manufacturing.
Flex工艺工作经验至少5年以上在PCB制造业8年。
–Fluent in English.
英语流利
–Engineering experiences are required.
有相关工程经验
–Familiar with AutoCAD and CAM software.
熟悉CAM, AutoCAD 软件的应用
–B.S. degree in Engineering( Electronics/Mechanical)
工程学士（电子/机械）
-Master quality-tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA,MSA etc.
掌握APQP, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA五大工具
–know RoHS
